Cherry Creek Mortgage is one of the largest non-bank mortgage lenders in the U.S. On the outside, the brand had started to look dated, and the message being portrayed wasn’t doing a good job of reflecting the depth and difference of this organization. We revamped their brand story and visuals, evolved their tagline, and designed their new website to re-engage consumers, real estate professionals and loan officers inside and outside of the company.

A clear, articulated difference

We identified three main pillars of the Cherry Creek value proposition for borrowers and laid them out on their new homepage in plain language. We developed an icon system they could use throughout materials to help articulate and reinforce these pillars.

A story centered around people

Leadership is a huge part of Cherry Creek’s story so we created call outs on the new website to pull more visitors into this story. We highlighted the work they’ve done and the importance of people at every level in a vision of success.
