Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest had just gone through a massive restructuring, bringing together three separate companies spanning a diverse geographic region. They needed a compelling marketing campaign to unite them through their unique story.
1000watt chose to root the campaign in an expression of the company’s deep local roots in the region it services. We added to that the larger Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand values of intelligence and trust.
From this process, 1000watt came up with the slogan “Northwest Knowledge,” which neatly synthesized these two dimensions. We then delivered a mixed-media creative package of assets that included social ad templates, a launch video and listing/buyer presentation overhauls.
The culmination of the campaign was a thoughtfully executed print piece that empowered BHHS Northwest’s managers to take this new story to market and recruit new agents.
The company hired over fifty new brokers in the first 45 days after the Northwest Knowledge campaign started running.
