In early 2023, it was hard to go a day without hearing something new about Real. At the time, the company had been called the “fastest growing brokerage,” and the numbers supported the claim. While many others were shrinking in 2022, Real was adding agents at breakneck speed.
But while it was clearly succeeding in building agent ranks, Real came to us with an exciting challenge. With its focus on building proprietary technology, and recent acquisitions of both mortgage and title companies, Real had become much more than a brokerage. They needed help positioning the brand in a way that was more in line with the big vision and current realities.
Not just another virtual brokerage
We started with brand positioning work and messaging that would work to tell the larger story the company wanted to tell both the public and, specifically, to agents. This work resulted in a clearly defined brand that would help to synthesize and drive everything from descriptors of what Real is and does to a more defined culture and built out visual system.
Through this process, Real became “The real estate experience company”. This tagline became the capstone on a brand strategy that left no question as to the scope of Real’s ambitions.
