A new logo, a new tagline, a new position

Brief

Our task: Elevate Luxury Portfolio International, the luxury division of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, from being a program to being a brand while communicating its core value through brokerage affiliates in 40 countries.

Strategy

We abjured the ornamented luxury image so common in real estate in favor of a contemporary brand mark built around an elegant monogram and modern type. The new tagline - “Well Connected” - communicates LPI’s focus on access and relationships without sounding aloof.

Results

The new logo and tagline was unveiled at the LPI annual conference in February, 2019 and was received with great enthusiasm. The brand mark and campaign are now being deployed worldwide.
