Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, the international real estate brand, was looking for an innovative way to express thought leadership and engage up-and-coming brokerages, while providing value to their franchisees.
1000watt created the Beta Brokerage Project, a campaign that profiles innovative young brokerages across the U.S. We researched and interviewed dozens of small, indie brokers to understand what made them tick. A select handful were chosen to be highlighted.
