Time for a change

We have a tradition in our Portland office that started back when it was just Marc and I working out of a studio apartment in a downtown condo tower. Every so often, when the inspiration strikes, we get up and reshuffle all the furniture.

We’re constantly moving things around in here because we instinctively know that stasis is the enemy of creativity. And so we push ourselves to challenge the status quo, even in the way we work in relation to one another. It forces us to look at the world from a different perspective.

The bottom line is: Change is good.

It is in that spirit that we have launched a brand new update of the 1000WATT website.

This has been a truly collective endeavor and shows off all of 1000WATT’s agency strengths: from concepting and strategy, to copywriting and content development, to visual design and photography, to front-end development and project management that pushed it all across the finish line. Everyone at 1000WATT has had their hands on this.

The goal was straightforward. We needed to do a better job of telling the world, and the industry, our story.

Quite simply: we are real estate’s brand and marketing agency.

As we often tell our clients, it’s one thing to tell the world who you are, but to have it truly sink in you need to show it.

We have had the privilege of working with many fine companies over the last few years. And we continue to admire them from afar, even long after our engagements have ended. We are proud of what they have become.

And so we wanted to share their stories with you.

Like the new luxury brand we conceived for Windermere Real Estate, or the award-winning website we designed for Michael Saunders & Company, or the rebranding we executed for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World or the kickass product we architected for WFG National Title.

You’ll find all those case studies and more on our new site today, but it’s still just a small sampling of our work. We’ll be adding more over the coming weeks and months. I hope you take some time to read them over.

And if your company needs any of the things that those companies did, please reach out.

We’re here to help you.

Even if it just means moving some of your office furniture around.
