I got this in the mail today:

I’ve become inured to crazy mail like this. 5 years of nut job mortgage offers pretty much took care of that. But this grabbed me. It’s not that the approach is especially obnoxious or novel (If I weren’t so tired, I’d scan the contents of the envelope — old school DM at its best/worst). It’s that the sentiment so crassly pitched here is being echoed in a thousand other places, hi and low, creating something sad: A bubble within the burst.
