For those of you new to our blog as well for our regular readers, during this past winter, we launched V3 of our 1000WATT Index.

What started out in 2009 as a simple mind map of cool tools, blogs, websites and vendors based in the US the Index has now expanded to cover many more categories across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

We created this Index to provide you a free resource of vendors, tools, applications and destinations.

Many of the sites on the Index are sent to us by our readers, and we sincerely appreciate your efforts to contribute to this growing resource. This is a great way for you to contribute and give back to the industry.

Last week we made a monster update to the Index. The following companies have been added to the site.
